PIRC investigation finds officers justified in use of Captor Spray

An investigation by the Police Investigations and Review Commissioner (PIRC) has found British Transport Police (BTP) were justified in their use of Captor Spray on an aggressive man but recommends they undergo officer safety refresher training.
