This is a positive, making serving officers or staff more skilled at their role. This should help all round carrying out their roles or supporting them giving evidence. Let’s hope it’s all not theory and is realistic.

I hope the selection process for the bursary is open and fair, given the numbers of applicants to places, and that the diversity agenda doesn't rear its ugly head.
