Why don’t we just say everyone passed and give them pips. That’s fair on those who had to sit the old fashioned way, drive to a hall in the middle of no where and work without notes etc. Absolute shambles with current promotion processes this is going to lead to too many passes and long term resentment as everyone try’s to get promoted on their 5 year qualification

Will anyone be held accountable for this? Thought not.
