It doesn't matter what the Home Office order, it is never delivered on time. Everything is way over budget yet there is no action taken on those who fail to deliver on time.
It's governed by the Home Office and Priti Patel. Did anyone expect anything less. The country is quicly moving to a position akin to the 1970's where public services ceased to function.
