Its not the same though is it? Police Officers were given a 1 year deal of £1900, Police Staff were given an 18 month deal of £1900 (Police Officer equivalent would be £2,850 over 18 months). But because Staff had a 2.1% increase in April, that amount is deducted. So they don't even get £1900. Smoke and mirrors......
