Interesting so individuals with limited experience or drawn from other areas are not to become experts in what is needed for vetting at the College of Policing! The new code of practice is a mild rehash of the old version when it is the APP that needs improving immediately. I would also imagine there will be no join up with HMICFRS who use similarly out of date retired individuals to complete their reviews! Meanwhile those doing th vetting and improving standards get guidance from the uninformed, perfect !
