Proposed PSNI cuts 'potentially disastrous' for public and officers
I don't suppose it helps that so many so called former terrorists are now sitting in positions of power and hamstringing the police will benefit their respective criminal/terrorist associates in the years to come. The terrorists are still there festering away in the dark places always ready to come out and kill officers given half a chance.
It was leaked a few months ago that the senior management team hope to save money by sacking anyone coming before them on a gross misconduct allegation, regardless of the circs, safe in the knowledge that few will spend the money on appeals or judicial reviews.
