Decided no point commenting on this since comments, if my memory serves me well by others seem to have totally disappeared - wonder why?

I read an Employment Tribunal claim involving this officer, he lost. Having read the factual matrix I believe the Tribunal reached the right decison.

It does appear for some reason that the NBPA does not take kindly to scrutiny, less so to criticism.
