Interesting that the HMIC think there are causes for concern with Lincolnshire! Aren't they in the process of outsourcing staff roles to G4S. Hopefully the New Chief Inspector will be able to allay those concerns.

All these problems will 'go away' when the new head of HMIC takes his throne.After all he will never be able to admit that the policies and changes that he implemented at the order of his mistress Malfoy can never work.
